I Chatted With Mark Wahlberg’s Celebrity Stylist
Hello My Fab. Social Media Friends,
As you may have noticed, I love networking and meeting phenomenal, inspirational people. In fact, I set about 2-3 appointments each week to connect with awesome people! While it’s always a great experience, I met someone this week who just may have been my favorite yet. I know you are dying to hear who I’m talking about, right? Well, I’m not telling you his name just yet; I have to keep you in suspense, after all.
But I will tell you that this man studied fashion design in London, England. After acquiring his degree, he moved to Boston, Massachusetts. He is Boston’s very own celebrity stylist. He styles:
- Raphael Saadiq
- New Kids On The Block
- Mark Wahlberg
- Mary J Blige
- Toni Braxton
- Boyz II Men
- SWV
- Ray Allen
- Dominique Wilkins
- Kevin Youkilis
Are you thinking what I’m thinking? He has a fabulous career! How incredible is it to actually do something you love and make money as well? This sounds like the perfect situation to me. In addition to the credentials listed above, this man recently styled Mark Wahlberg for the 2011 Grammys.
Okay, you all have waited long enough. Please allow me to introduce to you, Patrick Petty! Mr. Petty’s work speaks for itself, and the main reason why his celebrity clientele continues to grow. He also owns House of Culture Boutique, located on 585
Columbus Ave. in Boston, which specializes in women’s clothing.
Upon entering his store, I was greeted by an assortment of stylish prom dresses. As you know, prom season is upon us! For someone with so many accomplishments, Mr. Petty has a humble, down-to-earth personality, and we chatted for about an hour. It was like we had been friends for years! Naturally, he’s a fountain of knowledge when it comes to style, and perhaps the most memorable thing he said was, “Sexy is a feeling that projects outward! Style lives in the heart; fashion lives in your closet!”
If you have not been to Mr. Petty’s store yet, I forgive you! But take it from me, Netta Gaye: you MUST go! You just may catch this busy man in his store, in which case you must certainly ask him for his opinion. After all, he is one of the premier celebrity stylists!
I can’t wait to cast Global Glamour’s professional models for Patrick Petty. Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time to submit professional photos to www.global-glam.com, as more modeling jobs will be available! Don’t miss this EXCLUSIVE opportunity!
Stay Glamorous,
Netta Gaye
